Please use our Online Nomination Form<\/b><\/a> to fill in the data and upload the required attachments. Please provide all information requested on the form.<\/p>

After doing so, please send a separate e-mail to nominations(at)consejoculturalmundial.org<\/b><\/a> confirming that you have submitted a nomination through the website.<\/p>

Otherwise you can fill in the information as per the below form and send the nomination by email.<\/p>

  1. Nomination Letter. Letterhead of official institution stamp and personal signature.<\/li>
  2. Two reference letters supporting the candidate\u2019s nomination. Letterhead of official institution stamp and personal signature.<\/li>
  3. A one or two page resume with the grounds for nominating the candidate and a list of the important achievements for the benefit of mankind, in a clear statement.<\/li>
  4. Candidate\u2019s curriculum vitae (three pages maximum).<\/li>
  5. A list of the candidate\u2019s 10 most important papers.<\/li>
  6. A list of all<\/strong> their publications (articles, books) with titles translated into English.<\/li>
  7. Candidate\u2019s recent photograph in color (mandatory to be included in high resolution 300 dpi<\/strong> or more).<\/li><\/ol>
