Dr. Robert Weinberg, “Daniel K. Ludwing” Professor for Cancer Research at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, received the “Albert Einstein” Award in Trondheim, Norway at the Norwegian University of Science and Technology.
Dr, Weinberg major research consists in the discovery of the first human cancer-causing gene, his contributions in the field of Biomedical Sciences are related to the genetic and molecular basis of neoplastic disease.
