Educational Merit Medal to
Professor Bernard Rentier
Rector University of Liège 
For the last 28 years, Professor Bernard Rentier has dedicated his life to the University of Liege, and since 1997, has been at the forefront of its activities, as Vice-Rector and then Rector.
During this time, he has worked proactively and tirelessly to advance scientific research and has imprinted his innovative, interdisciplinary vision on the university while maintaining excellent standards for the students. He has strived to support the multicultural focus of education, accepting diversity in all its forms.
For his positive and constant commitment to higher education, this year we would like to award the World Cultural Council’s Medal of Educational Merit to Professor Rentier. |
