Good evening ladies and gentlemen,

I would like to express my deepest gratitude to the Rector, to the University of Liege for hosting this 26th Award Ceremony. I would like to say that It has been a great pleasure to work with its authorities and all the people involved in the organization of this event from different departments; as in 2004, this very kind cooperation between our institutions have make us felt as in our own country. Thank you very much!

I feel very honoured to speak you about the Winners book, este libro representa un símbolo que da testimonio de la perseverancia y la convicción de hombres y mujeres pioneros, cuya tarea ha iniciado muchas veces, a partir de lo que no se ve de lo que es incierto, de lo que resulta imposible para los escépticos, pero alcanzable para quienes se atreven a permanecer firmes en sus convicciones más allá de las circunstancias, de lo temporal.

Gracias por su ejemplo, por su inspiración y ayuda para que podamos ir más
allá de los problemas y lograr una toma de conciencia trascendental de nuestra tarea para con nuestros semejantes y para con el planeta.
