Message of Thanks

Actually I would just like to say how honored I feel to have been chosen as Honorary President of the World Cultural Council. I am well aware of its achievements and the reputation it has earned across the world.

I feel somewhat intimidated at having to follow President Rafael Estrada, intimidated by knowing the mammoth and outstanding work he has done and the way he has accomplished all his jobs.

I am particularly pleased that this ceremony is taking place in this country, in the city of Monterrey; I know well the vast artistic and historical past, as well as the cultural dimensions, of this city and country, so many thanks again for the trust placed in me. Thank you very much!
