The World Cultural Council is composed of a directing body headed by an Honorary President, a Vice-president, a Secretary General and an Interdisciplinary Committee made up of outstanding scientific, artistic and educational personalities.

The Interdisciplinary Committee evaluates annually the candidates nominated to participate in the ¨Albert Einstein¨, the ¨José Vasconcelos¨ and the ¨Leonardo da Vinci¨Awards.
